Stuffed with taste, ingredients and that summer feeling.

A sweet crepe piled with strawberries, Nutella, white chocolate and Oreo crumbs

We make crepes the way they're made on the islands: thick batter, filled to the edge, pressed hot and wrapped in paper. It's a meal, not a dessert.

Our not-so-secret recipe

What goes inside

Every Kalokeri crepe starts with a thick, golden base and ends with more filling than you think will fit. Savoury on the left, sweet on the right.

Savoury

Cheese Cheese

Melted into every single savoury crepe until it strings when you bite.

In: All four savoury
Chicken and turkey Chicken & turkey

Crispy breaded chicken for the big appetite, sliced turkey for the festival crowd.

In: Farmer · Festival Goer
Falafel Falafel

Golden, herby and filling enough that nobody misses the meat.

In: No Meat Please
Tomato, paprika and olives Tomato, paprika & olives

Plus sautéed mushrooms. The Greek village garden, rolled up.

In: Villager · Farmer · No Meat Please
Sauces Sauces

White, mustard, yoghurt or ketchup. Each crepe gets the one that suits it.

In: Every savoury one

Sweet

Nutella Nutella

Spread thick and warmed until it runs into every fold. The reason people come back.

In: Connoisseur · Greek Lover · Overdoing It
Biscuit and Oreo Biscuit & Oreo

Crushed on top for crunch in every bite. Because texture matters.

In: Connoisseur · Greek Lover · Overdoing It
Caprice wafers Caprice wafers

The chocolate wafer roll, snapped in. Crunchy, nostalgic, totally unnecessary. Perfect.

In: Overdoing It
Banana and fresh fruit Banana & fresh fruit

Sliced to order, never from a tin.

In: Greek Lover · Light One
Honey, nuts and cinnamon Honey, nuts & cinnamon

Almonds and nuts, a drizzle of honey. How grandmothers did it before Nutella.

The truck

Summer on two wheels

Kalokeri means summer in Greek. Our little trailer is a piece of it: a Greek beach painted down the side, paper lanterns, an inflatable duck on duty, and two hot plates that never cool down.

We park at markets, parks, festivals and office courtyards around Stockholm. Follow the map below or our Instagram to catch us.
