How it works
Four steps to a full crowd
Tell us about it
Date, place, headcount and what you're celebrating. The form below takes two minutes.
We send a quote
Within one working day, with a suggested menu. We adjust until it fits.
Lock it in
A 30% deposit holds the date. Final headcount a week before.
We show up early
Setup takes about 45 minutes. We need a flat 7 × 3 m spot and, ideally, a power outlet. No power? We bring a quiet generator.

How much space does the truck need?
A flat area of roughly 7 × 3 metres with 3.2 m clearance, plus room for a queue. We can serve from either side.
Do you need electricity and water?
One 16 A outlet is ideal. Without it we run a quiet generator at no extra cost. We carry our own fresh water and grey-water tanks.
Can you cater indoors?
Yes. For indoor events we bring portable crepe plates and set up a station instead of the truck. Same menu, same generosity.
What about allergies and dietary needs?
Vegan batter, gluten-free batter and nut-free fillings are always available for catering. Send us the list of needs with your final headcount.
How far do you travel?
Anywhere within 100 km of Stockholm. The first 30 km are included; beyond that we add 25 kr per km each way.
What's the cancellation policy?
Full refund of the deposit up to 30 days before. 50% between 30 and 14 days. Within 14 days the deposit is non-refundable, but we'll happily move the date if we can.
